@ReznorsRage: I didn't think they were horrible. But it has been a while since I tried it, and I think they were made before Tell Tale really got into the adventure game groove with Sam & Max and whatnot.
@Stikasasn: I remember in Rainbow Six on PC if you reloaded magazine before it was empty, you'd put it aside for later. Then later on in the mission you'd reload and find out you just used a half-finished magazine.
@Josh Wyatt: The stupid part about that is discarding a magazine when you reload is unrealistic. Magazines are property of the Army/Marines/Whatever and losing them will get you a kick in the ass. If you go out with 10 magazines, you come back with 10 magazines.
Don't be dumb, the cable's not that short. It's a composite image where they shortened the cable to make it a reasonable picture. C'mon guys, use your brains for a minute.
@Gouki4u: Funnily enough, it was Fallout New Vegas. I wanted the physical collector's edition. And before that it was Mafia 2 through trade-in credits.
So the last games I bought in an actual store are still Steam games.
Look, Panasonic, if you want to just throw money away, give it to me. I'll definitely do something worthwhile with it, like fill a hot tub with Perrier and supermodels.
I didn't find Kane or Lynch remotely likable in the first game. They're unabashed psychotics with no interesting personality at all. Kane is supposed to be the reluctant merc out to do right, but he just goes around killing everything in sight. AND he has the gaul to berate Lynch for doing the same thing.
omg Lynch you shot the hostages!
So what, Kane? You just gunned down a bunch of cops.
Both of them were unlikable dickbags. They still are.
I'd still give K&L2 a look though. Could be a half-decent rental. And 6 hours for a campaign? Not bad. Can't complain.
