Re: Big Daddy-I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I already signed up (late Aug '07) and have 2 (now closed) CS cases so I should be on the list. It is disconcerting that the last case was where I got the info that I had to take the photos. I understand tat they have to worry about scammers, but I've jumped through all the hoops!
