I've played one round as Lyra Dorne, Human Female Vanguard, and was immensely jealous of the Drell Vanguard I was teamed with. I want to be him!! It is fun as hell though. Loved shockwaving dudes off ledges, and only carrying a Pistol and an SMG for a super quick recharge time on my biotics.
First character I got out of a booster pack was a Human Engineer which you get already >.> I hope I unlock one soon! #speakup
Yeah, I thought it was meant to be some part of a DC block... but yeah, I love it! The chibi look is great in the american/anime hybrid style, it's still funny - I've missed the Titans! Can't wait to see more. #observationdeck
I don't think it does, but I don't really care because I want to level again just for the fun. I'd only want to transfer my race/character unlocks just so I can guarantee having my Drell Vanguard there Day 1... if I unlock one that is!

Definitely PvE only - it's horde mode, but with Mass Effect character classes.
What is super sweet is that you can level up your dude - you get the same detailed skill tree as Shep and his party members get, so you're pumping points into evolving and expanding your skillset - and customise your weapons with mods, choose your load out (less weapons = higher Tech/Biotic skill recharge), and... well it's a really fun horde mode. Nice and challenging, it really needs the blend of unique classes working together. #observationdeck

Bummed out that the only vanguard unlocked at the start is the Female Human, so I made Lyra Dorne - patching friendlies up, droppin fools with her Heavy Pistol and Shuriken SMG, and knockin cerberus scum off the sides of ledges with her Shockwave! I FUCKING LOVE THIS OH MY GOD.

She's so MEAN! She starts off so incomprehensibly unlikable, and even the lovely bits about her family and her faith are tainted by her asshole space-racism. I felt the slightest pang of regret watching her clutch her wounds as she defended the nuke, but it wasn't for her - it was for her youngest sister Sarah more than anything.

As you've played, you can answer a question for me - say I get a Vanguard up to level 5 and I get the 'Yay, have a Drell Vanguard!' thing out of a crate... can I turn that Level 5 human Vanguard into a Level 5 Drell Vanguard? Or do you have to make a new, Level 1 Drell Vanguard? #observationdeck

I remember reading somewhere in all the ME3 previews that if you didn't stay faithful to your lover from ME1, it'll come up at the 'worst possible' time in ME3 - definitely didn't want Ash causing me to lose someone in ME3 just because I hated her and slept with Tali! Yeah, that's what I mean. Lego haven't factored in exchange rates for a while now. $13 dollar little sets like the Star Wars 'army packs', or the new Gandalf Arrives set in the LOTR lego, don't come out at £8.30 or even £8.99 here - they come out at £12.99. It sucks, but them's the breaks.
I know what he means, but that's just what Lego do. We've been screwed over in their prices, as well as a general hike, for years now. It sucks, but it's definitely nothing new.

I believe the auto-blog view cookiee is no longer used by any of the gawker sites - the same thing happened to me when I got my new computer a few weeks ago. @Mkirkland made a userscript to implement it back in, which makes him wonderfully awesome.
