I wouldn't worry about it. Frankly, I have learned of other gaming sites that haven't lost their way. Too bad they are in Japanese, though.

From time to time, I contribute to some of the better Gawker sites, like Gizmodo, where the staff seem more level-headed, as well as other Gawker sites on here that spawn a *truly equal forum of discussion*.

While there will be moderators, writers, editors and apologists that will assert that "freedom of speech doesn't apply here", it is certain that they forget the defintion and application of 'forum'.

Kotaku has lost it's way. I've learned that the best thing to do is to contribute elsewhere and give my 'uniques' to others willing to engage in a more level forum, regardless of how controversial they are.

If a writer/editor expects to have us 'bite' on a controversial topic, they should expect controversial replies.

My thought remains unstifled. Kotaku is the cancer of Gawker, Inc.

To those who actually read this: In the event that I get banned, I want to let everyone know that it's been a fun ride. This site used to be wonderful, but as of late, things have drastically changed. No longer are the editors taking my sarcasm and witty comments lightly; rather they would chastise me and mock me as if I am scum of the earth. Kotaku has turned from a fun gaming website to a biased, politically-correct borefest. I wish it wasn't so, as the content here is still fairly rich and informative. But I can't stomach said content when the people behind it have stabbed me in the guts. It hurts to say this when I've invested a lot of time in gaining followers and friends on this site, but all good things come to an end. Should I disappear, remember to fight the good fight, and NEVER let anyone, least of all this site, tell you what to do and who to act like. Fuck conformity. Life is too short for that. Maybe I'll stick around. But the prognosis is not looking good.

To be honest, I'm not really a fan of the Clone Wars cartoons, mainly because they were always too short. And the fact that Grevious was able to fend off four Jedi all by himself. However, I still await to see the live action television series they're planning.
