@Brian Crecente: Actually it reminds me more of a two-player Run Yourself Ragged.
@excel_excel: Yes, EOJ cards from any region will work with any version of the game. You may not be able to read the card text, but the codes on the cards that the camera reads are identical. The latest expansion set is just about to be released in December so now is a great time to jump in. Oh, and stop by [www.EOJManager.com] and say hi sometime.

As the future of EOJ is uncertain we have a petition going at the moment to show support for the game.

I don't think you can trademark something without actually using it so here's hoping something comes of it.
200 KP - Nintendo will announce Animal Crossing Wii, and there will be no voice support (4:1)
100 KP - Nintendo will fail to announce a storage device for Wii, enraging the hardcore with another jovial, upbeat mass-market presentation including at least one head-scratcher peripheral. (4:1)
100 KP - At least one more major publisher will announce it is developing or porting iPhone games. (2:1)
50 KP - The Beatles coming to a rhythm game, maybe announcing a new one. (50:1)
50 KP - We're given a sneak peek at some DLC upcoming for GTA IV. (25:1)
@MikeH: The reason you have to pay to use the cards so people can't just copy the cards and play for free. At least they have to pay something.
I always thought EC meant appropriate for kids, but not appropriate for adults. As in you'll be bored out of your skull if you're not 3 years old.
#9. Ico's awesome, but #9 made me LOL.
There was a Yaroze game called Time Slip that did something similar. More of a platformer where you use your previous incarnations to press switches that allow you progress.

Here's a video of someone playing.

Yeah, I'm thinking it'd go to Child's Play. I already have enough unfinished games to last me several more months.
@EnigmaNemesis @thenino85: It's called a hypothetical question :)

It's a tough one to answer, too. At $3 I would only buy the tracks that I know and love. Which is unfortunate because one of the things about the first GH is that it made me like songs I had either never heard before or didn't care for much. At $6 for three I'd be more likely to pick up a pack that has one known good one on the off chance that the other two are at least fun to play.

@thenino85: Agreed. I think $1 is fair. Yes they are adding value by letting you interact with the song. However that is offset by the fact that you can't take it with you. I wrote Harmonix about this. I suggested that if they want to charge $2 then they should bundle the actual song MP3 along with the game track. That seems the best of both worlds to me.

@3bd: That would make too much sense. We're talking about the marketing department here. They see a launch on Black Friday and think dollar signs.
Hmph. Guess mine wasn't good enough to make the cut. Well, here's a couple photos for you people anyway.

It's a 360 degree carving of a scene from LocoRoco. A movie showing the full carving is here.

Damn, that is sweeet. The contrast makes it.

Should we expect a confirmation mail after sending in our pumpkins? I sent one in last week. While it's not as good as this, I think it's still worth posting. If for nothing else than the public ridicule I so love to receive. Will there be a big wrap up pumpkin post with all the ones that didn't make the cut?

Just signed up for the 10pm show in Mountain View. Is it going to be a problem that I've only seen up to season 2? They seem to be taking their time on releasing the Season 3 DVDs. Since it's a flashback story I'm hoping I won't be too confused (or spoiled for S3).
