    • SigmaHyperion commented on WoW's Official Magazine Finally Breaks Cover

"@Donutta: Absolutely. When there's north of 10 million people playing your game, there's an awful lot of people who fall into the category between "so-hardcore-I-don't-need-a-mag" and "play-so-casually-I-don't-care". We're talking about well north of a million people that would fall into the targetted demographic. Consider that EVE has had a magazine (albeit quarterly) since just about the time that it came out, when it barely had 100,000 subscribers (that's about 1/125th what WoW's got) and still only has about 300,000. If EVE can make it work with 1% of the playerbase, the only thing that seems weird to me is just why it's taken someone so long to do it for WoW."

    • SigmaHyperion commented on Dutch Retailer Refuses To Sell PSPgo

"@OrwellJames: It may not make "sense" for downloaded games to cost the same as UMD, but since when does "sense" mean a damned thing? Time and time again when games have moved online they haven't been any cheaper."

    • SigmaHyperion commented on Best Buy 360 Games Going For A Song

"@Sonira - not a zombie!: You have to pay online, but you can select In-Store Pickup for whatever that's worth. It's also worth noting in the article that not only is it 2nd at half-price, but you get free shipping on your order too if you don't want In-Store Pickup. I just loaded up on a lot of titles I was just gonna wait until they hit the shelves."

    • SigmaHyperion commented on New Forza 3 Screens: Exclusive Cars

"@BritBloke916: Actually what you describe IS the case with Forza 3, it's just not mentioned in this story. There are a number of car MODELS that are exclusive to the LCE version of the game."
