This is seriously disappointing. They have the engine, they've got the means, they know that the potential RE fanbase in the Wii is strong... What are they waiting for producing a RE2Make? And a RE3Make? These are the only games that right no don't hold up against the test of time (though RE2 STILL is one of he best survival-horrors out there).

A bit of first hand impressions...
Right now, Spain is quite a chaotic place to live. The transporter strike is a consequence of increasingly higher gas prices. As it cost increases, the trucker's benefits decrease, as no one can increase the prices of the food, water, goods... and games they transport without causing a riot within consumers. The situation is desperate for both truckers AND fishermen (gas prices again, his time for their boats).
The strike has been going on since last Monday. And on its first 24 hours, people panicked and ran for the gas stations to get their tanks full. This has caused gas prices to be EVEN HIGHER, and as the trasporters are on strike, no gas trucks are allowed to visit the stations to refuel them. As a result, there are gas restrictions on almost every gas station in the country, specially on gasoil.
As you see, the vicious circle never ends. And the government epic-fails to solve the problem. This means a lot of people are quite unhappy over here... and yes, that includes PS3 owners who can't get their fix of MGS4 (as a sidenote, love MGS, don't have a PS3, so no worried for myself...).

Similarly to some people here, I finally completed GTAIV and felt... dunno, a bit underwhelmed. The ending was awesome, but the main story itself was far awesomer.
Also, speed-ran MGS2 on Friday night, and super-speed-ran RE (PSX original, no cheats, completion time 01:30:19) as I usually do once a month.
