<![CDATA[Comments from Purple-Penguin]]> <![CDATA[Comments from Purple-Penguin]]> <![CDATA[Purple-Penguin commented on Blizzard Splashwatch Day Five - Death Knights, Protoss, And Purple Penguins]]> Son of a bitch, I've been using the name Purple Penguin in damn near everything i do online. Now, thanks to Blizzard, I'm going to have to fight for the name I want and hope like hell no one has taken it already.

I'm looking forward to the days when I get to say "I was purple Penguin before Purple Penguin was cool" Fuck me!

<![CDATA[Purple-Penguin commented on Leaked Gears 2 Beta Footage]]> @TheGuero: It seem to be the opposite for me, when I play ranked games I see a lot of cheating and glitching. It seems some people will do what ever it takes to get that rank up where as player matches have no rank to worry about so there's less of a reason to "have" to win.

<![CDATA[Purple-Penguin commented on Five LEGO Video Games That Will Never Be]]> I would love to have some Lego games that are just based off past and present Lego themes, all with their own unique story and game play elements.

things like Lego Castle which could be a brawler type game, Lego Ninja for stealth based gameplay, Lego aquanaughts for under water fun. I believe there is lots of fun to be had with Lego.

<![CDATA[Purple-Penguin commented on Let's Pick The Bestest Cosplay Plane]]> I have to admit that I'm a tad disappointed with how this contest went down, we were originally told to enter by April 11th giving us just a few days time to come up with a contest and enter. After making the costume and sending in my entry the contest gets extended giving others a full week longer to work on theirs, Bah Humbug.

Oh well, at least we get to be on the internet.

]]>
<![CDATA[Purple-Penguin commented on Let's Pick The Bestest Cosplay Plane]]> only six to choose from? Were there really that few entries or were the rest too horrible to show?

]]>
<![CDATA[Purple-Penguin commented]]> I vote for this

<![CDATA[Purple-Penguin commented on A Plane Made of Kid]]> He was having a blast up until the time the propeller was placed above his head, after that he was a little weirded out and just stopped moving altogether. Before and after the picture was taken, while there was no propeller, he was running around and laughing.

They're both going to be very happy with seeing thier picture here.

<![CDATA[Purple-Penguin commented on On Middle Names (What's Yours?)]]> I was given the middle name Francis which is the same middle name as my father, grand father and great grand father. I actually have the same first and last name as them too, because of this I have a number in my name "IV". When I write my initials I leave the middle initial out and write EB4 (my first name being Ernest).

Growing up with a name like Ernest, which is shortened to Ernie, was hard but knowing I had the same name as my grandfather totally makes it worth it, He was one of those people that made everyone smile.

So now my first born son has the same name, lucky him.

My father in-law also has the middle name Francis, kind of strange having so many in the family.

<![CDATA[Purple-Penguin commented on The Boo Mario Cake Symbolizes Death]]> At first glance I thought the tongue was his arm and the mustache his hand. it looked like he had that hand over the mouth, deep in thought, look to it. then I read and realized it was a tongue.

I'm a dork.

<![CDATA[Purple-Penguin commented on Truly Insane Japanese Fighter]]> This game was in America too on the PS1 simply called "Fighter Maker" I remember that is came in one of those CD cases used to hold four discs even though it was a one disc game, one half was just to hold the instruction book which was huge. There was also a Fighter Maker 2 for the PS2 which gave you more control over the characters appearance but less options for editing the moves.

The characters in the video were just poorly designed, just like anyone could call themselves an artist even if all they did were poor drawings of stick figures so could anyone call themselves a designer with Fighter Maker.

I spent so much time with that game, how I wish there were a version for this generation of consoles.

<![CDATA[Purple-Penguin commented on Ace Combat 6 Sticks The Landing]]> I'll definitely be getting one and change the color to black or grey almost immediately. I also plan on building a gaming cockpit to implement both the flight stich and throttle combo as well as the MS wheel, I'm a nerd like that.

I'm also hoping Taito will release an update for Over-G fighters. I doubt it will happen but I can hope.

<![CDATA[Purple-Penguin commented on SEEDS Studio]]> Wasn't Inaba the creator of the Steel battalion games? Man I would love another giant robot game that requires a large controller even if it came with a hefty price tag. Heck, I think the price tag of Steel battalion was one of the biggest factors in keeping the prepubescent immature "suck the fun out of an online game" players to a minimum.
