"I have two sleep cycles...the circadian rhythm one and the I'm not currently working one lol. When I'm working I usually wake up with the light, making the spring/summer months easier and the winter months only slightly less easy. When I'm not working I don't go to bed "by a certain time" regularly so my sleeping cycle gets all out of whack. Either way though my alarm clock that starts out with a low beep that progressively gets louder never jars me out of sleep, it's more gentle."
