"Look, Sony, I like what you've done with PSN so far, but until you add a cross-game chat and a more reliable connection across the board (certain games still have a tendency to drop connection, even while maintaining the connection to PSN itself), it's not really worth paying for. Get it at least up to the level of XBL before you start adding "premium" fees for "premium" content."
