@resvrgam: I'd like to direct you to a page, if I may. [tvtropes.org]

Phantasy Star 1, 2, and 4 were fantastic, yes. But Online, Portable, and, to a much lesser extent, Universe are all great games in their own right.

Though Universe needed an expansion pack to not be a pile of crap.
Would it be bad of me to say... I'm not too impressed? It's LITERALLY just Sonic 2 with smoother graphics and a better resolution, from the appearance of things. From the hype I keep hearing from people, I expected it to look as good as, if not better than, that polygon-based other Sonic 2 remake.
I didn't like ME2 as much as ME1, but hell, I'd vote for almost anything above Black Ops. It's not NEARLY as good as people seem to pretend it is.

And didn't Bad Company 2 come out in 2010? That's by far the best "current gen shooter" I've played. By that, I mean, the Halo-and-CoD-esque shooters.. regenerating health, two guns, grenade button..
I keep hoping for a sort of coop story mode. I think that's asking too much.
I've seen this picture all over the internets. All I can think of is,

"Come at me, you ruffians!"
@Dralel: This. I was about to post this (with less anger and swearing), but I didn't see the need to post a new comment about this douche instead of responding to an existing one.

You know, with everyone making constant posts (blogs and news) about this creep, imitators are sure to follow, right?
@hagren: I did, I wasn't too fond of it. I quite enjoyed Lost and Damned though.
I didn't particularly enjoy Saints Row 1. Fresh out of San Andreas, it felt like a halfassed ripoff that was only filling a void. I thought it would be thrown out once GTA4 came out. Then GTA4 came out, and tried to be all 'realistic' and seemed to forget the 'fun' back in San Andreas. Sad, I picked up Saints Row 2 on Xbox Games on Demand, and THQ gained a new fan. I can't wait for SR3.
@WolfRogers: Ah, the ole piracy complaint. The most-pirated games are the most bought ones, as well. Yes, its sad when a game sells poorly. But it's not always 'piracy' that is the reason for it. Maybe no one was interested? Maybe no one heard of it? Maybe you priced it too high for what it was worth? Maybe its just not that good? There are a ton of other reasons that may or may not be the fault of the developer for a game not selling. Simply blaming piracy isn't the answer.

Just look at the Steam sales, and how that's turned the developers of Amnesia around. Maybe its time to start lowing game prices, and sales will pick up, piracy rates will drop. I also laugh at everyone who assumes that hacked console = piracy. I have a hacked PSP. I haven't downloaded nearly as many PSP games as I have actual homebrew apps. And the PSP games that I'm actually interested in, and are actually good (Few and far between), like Phantasy Star Portable 2, I buy. I simply enjoy playing Cave Story, Doom, non-PSN PS1 games, and various emulators, on my PSP.

I do understand Sony's fear though, not wanting the PS3 to become another PSP. But this is the wrong route to take.
Hey there, I'm going to sell you this toy. It's a toy car. Cool, huh? You push it, it goes. It only does everything! Enjoy!

What, you want to rig your toy car up with an experimental engine you made? Don't you know that that's risky, you could break your toy. You're going to do it anyways? Well! I'll see you in court then! What makes you think that fiddling with something that you legally bought from me was okay?! You're just paying to borrow it!
Harm's way is SO much better than Crash Course, though. It's strange, so many problems seemed to put Harm's Way in.. um.. harm's way. It doesn't seem to be available worldwide, which REALLY cuts back the amount of people who can vote for it, and matchmaking doesn't seem to work, which leaves people annoyed at it. But I still play Harm's Way.

Crash Course, I was bored before I finished it, and once I did finish it, I didn't touch it again. It's just.. not fun. It's something I've seen a million times before.
Ah Scribblenauts. An excellent idea, though almost too ambitious, marred by bad flash-esque graphics, and ruined by the worst control scheme since Prince of Persia: The Fallen King. Such a shame.

It is quite impressive, though, to see Konami putting this much effort into releasing it in Japan. If only Sega put that much effort into releasing the Phantasy Star games here.. ignoring that new one, Phantasy Star: Eternal Hunters. That can stay in Japan. Damn cellphone games.
@Gambit09: I dunno, Garrus was worth it for the hilariously awkward lines he has.
@Gambit09: FemShep has a much better actor, and (in ME2) can only get the romance quests with the guys.

MaleShep has a worse actor, and can sleep with Tali. Oh, and Jack and Miranda, but meh to them.

Other than that, no, the plot's pretty much the same.
Blops? Hell no.
Mass Effect 2? I'd say so, out of those four listed.
NBA 2K11? I hear good things, but Basketball bores me.
RDR: Great game, but couldn't keep me interested long enough to finish it.
This cheat's more like a design oversight.. but regardless. Now I can segue Smurfs into Metal Gear Solid.
I can already hear the angry masses about this. "Oh no, my tender sensibilities!"
I loved Laguna in FF8, and his whole 'love plot' was so much more interesting than Squall and "I can't have your rival so I'll take you to get him mad" Rinoa.

I still hope that they add a secondary hero/villain from every Final Fantasy in Dissidia 012. I wanna see some Beatrix and Steiner from FF9, with Beatrix being TECHNICALLY on the Chaos side, like Jecht.
Why not give it away for free for the last week it's up, I mean, that'd be cool, and then everyone who wants it, can have it, and you'll probably make some retail sales as we--

Wait, its Activision. Free? HA.
That looks incredibly boring, and the Pac-Man graphics could of been replaced with anything, and it would of still worked. Where's the little dots to eat?
