That's why Nintendo button layouts have the A button where O is. Xbox layouts have the A and B locations flipped for the American mindset.
:\
Although, I don't actually have any iOS devices. Hrm.
Explanations of the gameplay really wasn't great enough to get me excited about the game. Is the storyline good? When it comes to RPG's, I'm not one to fall in love with only the gameplay and ignore everything else about it because the gameplay is good. Complicated, new gameplay systems aren't terribly attractive to me either.
And nothing with Mario in the title? It might be cliche or something, but New Super Mario Bros and Mario Kart DS are both amazing games.
If you require more niche games, swap out Contact for Ace Attorney.
Which is now dead.
Then I heard it was being made by the guys who did the Ride games :\
Seriously wtf is NeverSoft even doing?
Seriously, REmake would be a good movie. People like to think the RE plot is nonsensical and dumb, but it's quite fine, and sensical. It even tries to remain based in reality. It's all biological terrorism. It has a solid continuity as well.
The current Resident Evil movies are like opening acts for the next Transformers movie. They do whatever the hell they want every new time. Anderson jizzes his pants over whatever new RE game he happens to play, then makes a new movie about it and throws all the stuff he thought was rad into it, while his wife dances around and shoots at all of it.
What do you really want out of a new Resident Evil game?
The number one complaint from RE5 seemed to be controls and too much action (even though controls were one of the biggest points of praise about RE4). So they have remedied controls, which probably ended up changing the game into even more of an action game.
So, people want something more like RE2. Zombies. Big city. Only now you can sidestep and shoot. If the zombies remained slow, or like any enemy from the previous RE games, sidestepping while shooting would make defeating all of them a breeze. Way too easy.
So, looks like the enemies are now more difficult. Since the controls are traditional third person shooter controls, cover has come into play. Zombies have ways for dealing with this as well. So another method you have appears to be dodging all action-like.
I don't get it :\ You all should have been expecting this when all anyone did was complain about the slow-paced, stop and pop gameplay of RE5, and the "archaic" controls. I personally loved them and thought that it's what made Resident Evil unique. Besides, the trailer did show off slower paced sections that very well may be more "survival horror" than action.
Looks like I need to get a Twitter account.
