"@Jayl3w: I think his defense accurately reflects that, people are complex and I'm sure he knows being found guilty is a death penalty (if not by the authorities it is so by the inmates). It doesn't necessarily means he lacks remorse or ignores what he has done. If he does fit your profile and reformation fails, yes I would say take him out of the equation."

"To everyone who insulted the clerk, FUCK OFF. She was being robbed at gunpoint, regardless of whether she believed the story giving the man the PS3 was the right thing to do. I work at that store and just found out about this tonight, I know only as much as the rest of you but even then you should've known the clerk isn't at fault in anyway.
