I don't understand how CAG loses any credibility when it was posted in a user-created blog, as in non-official. CAG news comes from the deals section forums, and the overwhelming majority of those are user-created. Kotaku, as well as other blogs, got burned.
@bird1988: An investigation is just as good as an indictment, which is nothing. But this case does have merit.
@Duoae: They still have a product in the marketplace that could have similar technology. This doesn't seem like a patent trolling case, unlike that controller guy.

Even if it was a standalone pack, they'd probably release an update the day of its' release allowing you to put it on your HDD so you could play it through Rock Band 2.
The PS2 version definitely sold more compared to last year, but keep in mind the price was $50 last year, compared to $40 this year.
