2) I doubt you could make a trackpad more accurate at pointing at small objects (Diablo, Starcraft) and with the same speed.
3) You mentioned that users can pinch 3 times, spread etc. The problem with this is that users will have trouble finding their way through your "tree" of an interface. Currently, a game may have an "E" on an icon which tells them that if they press "E" on the keyboard, that icon will be activated. With your complex movements that you're proposing, it sounds like users will have to do a lot of experimentation and/or read the book before playing.
Male geeks often poke fun of and shudder at the thought of "Twilight", and females have a similar reaction when they see the things in male geekdom.
If females want to "get their say" in geekdom, well, pick up a pen, mouse, or whatever, and start creating. Male geekdom wasn't built overnight. In fact, it's been going on for several decades. Ladies, you're really just starting out, so of course your geekdom world isn't as fully fleshed out as ours.
There is possibly room for neutral geekdom, but would a fusion of what the two sexes want work? Could you combine the shirtless, sexy men of Twilight with the scantily clad women of male fantasies and get both sexes to buy into the product? I'm thinking no, but there are plenty of people out there who think we don't need to differentiate between the two sexes. ::sarcasm:: They both want exactly the same thing: a pengina. Yes, a pengina.
Seriously though, women and men are just different. While they might be able to like the same things to a certain degree, at some point there are going to be differences, and therein lies the problem.
