<![CDATA[Jooptang commented on Bwah? There's An Xbox 360 Shortage In Japan?!]]> @Gunloc: I only hope MS does not give up but I think they do understand what long term means.

]]>
<![CDATA[Jooptang commented on Bwah? There's An Xbox 360 Shortage In Japan?!]]> @Gunloc: More americans move to japan than units sold of xbox 360s. I say it will take a while and alot of money.

]]>
<![CDATA[Jooptang commented on It Finally Happened. Too Human Went Gold.]]> If you like god of war style with an rpg flavor you will like this game. Trust me.

]]>
<![CDATA[Jooptang commented on Bwah? There's An Xbox 360 Shortage In Japan?!]]> I think its clear we are 5-10 yeas away from MS doing anything in japan. The question is...will they invest.

<![CDATA[Jooptang commented on Meet Chris Redfield's Australian Sidekick]]> n64 is not the gamecube. I read todd it.

]]>
<![CDATA[Jooptang commented on Meet Chris Redfield's Australian Sidekick]]> Flashes of Rez5 have entered my life in the various ways companies advertise now. There is one thing about this game that jumps out at me....that unique look that's cast over it. I clicked this link by mistake with never reading it and I knew that the right picture of that girl was a rez5 render. Any game that presents a new graphical take.. peaks my interest. Is this going to be the game that drives people into wanting good graphics again?

Play this game and go back to n64 or wii version of rez4 if you want to play one of the highest rated games ever. Rez4 will really hold up well to this one.

By the way, I have never played a RE game.

]]>
<![CDATA[Jooptang commented on PSN Will Have "Competitive Edge"]]> There is a new standard. Every video game system must now offer some type of connectivity to be sucessful. Some way of transferring information from one to another. Clearly we know where this trend started in the industry. It's not outside the box anymore. It's taking from inside the box. The Xbox.

<![CDATA[Jooptang commented on Sony Is Looking For Some Good Beta Home Recruits]]> "Winners will apparently be selected by lottery"...really? Sucks to have the Home potential relying on lottery winners. Last time I checked only fucking scum bag losers won the lotto.

Sorry I'm just mad. I never win the lotto.

]]>
<![CDATA[Jooptang commented on This Is How To Get Us Excited About MotionPlus, Nintendo]]> @Jabbertrack: The software sucks and tech is cheap. Sorry but it's true. It needs to be at the right price to make money.

When he hits the balls he cant miss.

<![CDATA[Jooptang commented on Sony Says "Home Is Not A Social Network"]]> Children must have what they want. They are the majority.

I want to be able to murder people in their house on home and eat their black children.

I just want them to put some thought into it.

<![CDATA[Jooptang commented on Sega Don't Want To Be Activision, They Want To Be Sega! (Or, At Least THQ)]]> I will tell you what the problem is....Sega is a Japanese word that belongs to America.

]]>
<![CDATA[Jooptang commented on This Is How To Get Us Excited About MotionPlus, Nintendo]]> As much as I see potential in the wiimote and it's technology I realize that it's never going to replace other ways to play games it's only going to be an additional way.

Do you want to push a button to hit a baseball or swing to hit one. It's a long ways away from perfection but it's a start.

]]>
<![CDATA[Jooptang commented on Boom Blox Sells 450K, Spielberg Talked Down From Ledge]]> Boom Blox is by far the best new title in the Wii's lifetime so far.

]]>
<![CDATA[Jooptang commented on EA Sales Jump Narrows Losses, Bad Company Sells 1.6 Million]]> Look NY sucks and the girls are fucking lame air heads who laugh at nothing and i want to kill them so I went out and got battlefield and let me tell your ass that the game is solid. Frostbite engine is breakthrough but expect to get mad cause you are no good shit.

Here are my numbers for battlefield: There are probably 700,000 people (not retailers) who own the game in the world but I would break that down to 125,000 people who really play online and less then 50,000 people who play a couple hours a week and less then 2,000 sick fucks who play 40 plus hours a week.

Get the game, play it for 20 hours online and you will get slapped in your face realizing this is the best game on the market.

Fuck EA they suck!

]]>
<![CDATA[Jooptang commented on Tecmo Bowl: Kickoff Hurry Up Impressions]]> Please no center dive and please no cheap ass indy curl pass play you can get off everytime your play is picked. Oh and please no Bo Jackson BS. Oh and yeah no quarter length run plays by the run backwords juke etc.

I love Tecmo.

]]>
<![CDATA[Jooptang commented on Here Are Nintendo E3 Press Conference Speakers]]> Nintendo is a fucking freight train right now. New DS and new wii colors would keep them going another year.

I'm betting they will be doing big things with online format.

]]>
<![CDATA[Jooptang commented on The New Xbox Experience: Just The Facts (And Maybe Some Conjecture)]]> People who say 'rip off' have no clue about anything and I would bet lots of money on the fact that they are poor and have no understanding of the real world.

How easily people are forgotten.

]]>
<![CDATA[Jooptang commented on Xbox Live Reinvented This Fall - Adds Avatars, Live Party]]> Clearly this is a attempt to expand the market for MS and 360. Can anyone really blame them. Just look at the sales of any Nintendo item for the past two years. Can you say....biggest in the history of video games. The people who are complaining here make up 3% of the projected audience base of MS's forecast for Xbox. You're a loser if you complain about change.

Being connected is the only thing that matters here people. Get over the avatars. They mean nothing but you cry as if they mean something.

]]>
<![CDATA[Jooptang commented on How's This For A 360 Dashboard?]]> The current one is way to confusing for old people and casual gamers. Regarding this from Mik (who is a dick) people would get confused. Games is in green but you have to hit the blue button to go to it? Media in blue but you need to press yellow? Are you nuts dude? Everything else is fine.

]]>
<![CDATA[Jooptang commented on Greenberg: The Wii? Total Fad]]> Continuing to say the Wii is a fad is like saying there are still weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.

There are a few solid games, Boom blox and the regulars but the rest are about as much fun as wiping semen off my fatty with a plastic bag.

Anyway, I say Aaron can say anything he wants. Fad rhymes with Mad and he wishes he had.

<![CDATA[Jooptang commented on DS Threatens To Make Textbooks Obsolete At Tokyo Girls School]]> Great reply. I think you are right on.

I found this recent article that is relevant to our discussion and some food for thought to end on. It talks about heavy backpacks which I thought was funny.

]]>
<![CDATA[Jooptang commented on DS Threatens To Make Textbooks Obsolete At Tokyo Girls School]]> @KeroseneClimax: One could consider the word print to be printing to a hard drive or other storage device.

I agree that a DS could never replace books. But I do think books, as described by Wiki, will one day be a thing of the past. If you could choose between carrying around six heavy books in a backpack all day or one tablet PC that had access to all six of those books, which would you choose? It's the information in the book not the physical presence of the book that's important.

<![CDATA[Jooptang commented on This Samsung Xbox 360 TV Looks Fake (But It's Not A Bad Idea)]]> It's the Xsung Sambox.

]]>
<![CDATA[Jooptang commented on DS Threatens To Make Textbooks Obsolete At Tokyo Girls School]]> @KeroseneClimax: I'm confused. When you say book, do you mean a book that occupies space and has mass? Don't you consider written, printed, illustrated information produced in electronic format a book?

]]>
<![CDATA[Jooptang commented on DS Threatens To Make Textbooks Obsolete At Tokyo Girls School]]> I think the screens are a little to small but definitely a cool concept to try.
Clickers
are becoming popular so this or a better device would be successful I bet. I'm with Bill Gates on bringing more technology into the classroom.

<![CDATA[Jooptang commented on My Game Collection Is This Small]]> I seriously only keep and play one or two games at a time. My goal is simple, play the games I want at the lowest cost possible. The longer you hold games the lower the value is on trade in. For any game without long term appeal I use long term rentals and here is my secret: Blockbuster. Rent a game for a dollar. Pay the initial dollar for the first night. If the game is worth playing, play for 30 days and return to blockbuster and only get charged 9 more dollars. At the 10 day point the full game price is charged to your credit card and you have 20 more days to return it for a refund at which point they refund the full game price and only charge you 9 dollars for the balance of the first ten days. Basically 10 dollars for 30 days. That's the cheapest I can find. It's not as flexible as gamefly but it's cheaper and you arnt forced into renting shit just to rent with a monthly contract.

<![CDATA[Jooptang commented on Super Mario Galaxy at 80 MPH]]> My son is in 7th grade. When he comes home from school he tells me the boys call him a fag for having a Wii. Has their been a Wii rebellion in the schools your child goes? I told him it would probably be better off not bringing the controller to school with him. I don't get it. I though the Wii was the most wanted toy for Christmas?

]]>
<![CDATA[Jooptang commented on Calling It: The Xbox 360 Won 2007]]> I won't argue. Wiimote is not a platform. Sony, well dont get one till 3Q of 2008. 360 wins by far.

@Lackshmana: We are in gamer heaven.

@XbhaskarX: Nice post. It's all about the games.

Super Mario Galaxy gets mine. SMG, MP3, Strikers, GH, and MOH are the Wii games I played this year. SMG I like the best, MP3 a close second, Strikers third.
