Well said Luke, very well said.
These are simple minded people though, they wouldn't understand that either -_-' but it would of been a better first step I suppose. Haha.
Jesus y'all whine about everything. Crying about not being able to use voice controls with a regular mic is like asking why your crappy little car can't go 0-60 in under 5 seconds like higher end cars. You want the good stuff? Then you PAY A GOOD AMOUNT. This is not a new business concept that Microsoft pulled out their ass, its been done for years. Either pay extra for premium or sit down and stfu with your crappy 87 octane. End of story.
@Teran: Book Spoilers

Ya I was definitely in awe when I first came across the origin of Spartans and just how damn young they were. Quite crazy what they went through also and it was neat to see the evolution of the program itself as well as the development of those who were involved in it such as Dr Hasely [sp?] who at first had a lot of internal conflict when it came to the first batch of Spartans. I definitely believe, that if any movie were to be made, that they should start with the origin of the Spartans as well just because there is so much content within that saga alone to get something started without even touching the Covenant invasion yet.
@GhostTheSaint: Because you were playing as the comparably godly Master Chief who godliness was so godly even Chuck Norris hesitated for .235 seconds before attacking him. Lol. Thats why. And aside from just nameless marines, there weren't too many major losses in the game itself due to you just running a solo act with something so powerful.
As far as Reach is concerned though the whole planet gonna die lol, therefore they have the opportunity to make it more gritty on the basis that this was a defining moment within the universe of Halo that revolved around your enemy being the unstoppable force this time around and the humans not having any clue on how to overpower the Covenants tech off the bat. Which is why you get moments like this where they desperately try to run a bomb inside the cruiser.
@Teran: Oh ya, I forgot all about Onyx lmao. But even they didnt have the new fancy tech either though.
@Incursor: Exactly what Ive been telling myself since those first live action ads.
I still don't understand how//why they can make these dope ass trailers quite flawlessly and yet a movie or at least a short live-action film is being made out to be impossible.
Reach was a training and experimental facility and therefore all the armor abilities, jetpacks, etc etc that you don't get in Halo 1 are dubbed "prototypes". And since Reach gets obliterated, none of those transitioned to production. And lets not forget Master Chief is the only Spartan left in existence and he was trained and doing damage before these Spartans ever came to be.
@DirtyColossus: hahaha, indeed. *stops holding breathe* =} #sweetnsoursequels
EUUJ-CHDU-F9WL-Z32J Used. Appreciate it!
Thought that this would be a good one considering how everything now a days is a sequel//remake. So with that said, Ill go ahead and start it off with Bioshock 2. Bioshock 2 = a sequel to a game that in my opinion, did not need a sequel at all lol. But in today's world, once business witness all the money come in from something, you can bet the bottom dollar they are going to milk it for what its worth...and this is what I felt the entire time playing Bioshock 2. Lets start with the core of Bioshock 2, its story mode and campaign gameplay. Bioshock 1 delivered such a horrific beauty to the art of story telling with their under water utopia dubbed Rapture. And every corner, every room, every battle, was a fresh experience that had you saving a new game file just on pure instinct every time you heard the low grumble of a big daddy and the half girl scout half demonic tone of the little sister. Bioshock 2 on the other hand...well, kind of fell short on the freshness for me. Although that is to be somewhat expected from a sequel to game of its caliber, I still had high expectations for the story mode and the gameplay. The story itself did not drive as much emotion from me as the first iteration did and the gameplay was just a bag of green apples this time around instead of red ones. Not to say it was all bad though, the story did have its moments and little things that grabbed you, and the gameplay was as solid as it was going to get sticking to the format of the first Bioshock, but none of it seemed worthy enough to don the title of a game that I have played through an upwards of 11 or 12 times [[yes, I loved Bioshock 1 that much haha]]. So needless to say, don't expect to see this sequel sitting next to its original on my entertainment center. Next up, and cutting to the chase with it, Multiplayer...can I say WTF? To me, it is almost downright immoral and criminal to slap a multiplayer aspect to a title that delivered such a beautiful single player experience the first time around in a world full of nothing but multiplayer games. To me, this was like taking a diamond and scuffing it down so that it can fit in, in a box of rocks. Not only does it not make sense at all, it throws up red flags to the fact that they do not have enough faith in its singleplayer aspect to drive the game to the same pedestal as its first title. But lets be honest, even if the multiplayer was great, do you honestly think it would be able to hold its own against the multiplayer juggernauts of MW2, Halo, and Gears of War? *Cue Crickets* Neither did I. So to cut it short, the multiplayer was fun...for 30 minutes and an achievement or two. So all in all, I do not feel that this was a true sequel to one of my most favorite single player experiences in the history of gaming. So at the end of the day, it does not pain me to say that this "sequel" should have NOT received the high reviews that it did. It was solid, but nothing even came close to topping the title it was birthed from. Bioshock 2 - Sour. #sweetnsoursequels
I made #SweetnSourSequels to discuss all the sequels currently out, or that are coming out. Talk about good or bad, how it held up to the ones before it, and if you felt like the sequel did some proper justice.
@Hellicus: Now what are all these GBs and TBs ah majiggs you young whippersnappers typin bout eh?? You young chicklets dont know nuffin bout the oldschool. Come on down to my photo processing room and Ill show ya some real material. *turns on the dim red lights*
@edhe (xbl):

Lmao that line still gets me to this day.

@DugDawg: A+ for you!! I was seriously trying to remember what the creatures reminded me of and that was it. So thank you for that lil lift of embargo haha.

On a second note:
My very first impression of this game was just, wtf...RE in space, could you honestly not come up with some other way of making money for gas?!?.

My current impression: I kan haz mohr Ded Spayse Vidzz?!?!

@DeathBeforeDishonor: If they were as easily educated as they were amused.....
ah, the possibilities.

*Back To Actuality*

Don't find these awesomely humorous, but, I do find clean humor to be a nice break from all the cut-throat esque humor out there in today's world. Thumbs up for BadCompany.

@Salen: Lol @ the third puppie that does everything incredibly late. 3rds a charm eh? And by charm, I do mean downs syndrome ;P
Wow, this game is looking to be a nice cluster fk of horrific hyper-realistic looking monsters. In my book, that = A+
=] Sorry it's at the expense of your child hood nightmares though. ;P
