@ttocs: lol, I forgot to mention that I started a new character with every revisit to WoW. Yeah, the starting areas are totally revamped.
I played back in 2005, got to about level 35. Gave up. Picked it up in 2008 for a month, stopped at 42.
Then I heard Cataclysm made the game good, and resubscribed a couple weeks ago; level 52 presently; and no sign of slowing down. It's so much better than I could have ever dreamed of back in 2005.

@Black Knight Rebel: Trust me bud, I hear you on this one. I really truly do. If you think the game looks fun, please do yourself the favour of staying away from it. The production value of the music and cinematics is top-notch. But the game itself is just a total piece of shit. It's just not the worth the heart-ache of hating on the speedy blue guy to get to the cutscenes.
