Not saying they don't play it but to all those women out there:

Knowing what Skyrim is =/= understanding what Skyrim is and playing it
It's actually a grammatical error lol
*crow call*-in' smart!
Pulling a major plot item out of a hat (magic) in Harry Potter isn't any more ridiculous than the idea of Star Wars and Star Trek.
Except that this article says "Lightning Review" next to it and the announcement article doesn't. Herpaderp!
You guys are missing my point and over reacting COMPLETELY. They're trying to compete with current gen systems half way through the current gen's lifespan. On top of that, they used footage from the PS3 and 360 at their press conference. They haven't released any internal specs so as of right now, they just have a system where people say: "What the fuck is this capable of exactly?". All we've got are rumors on how powerful it is and nothing definitive. As far as their exclusive franchises go, they aren't ones that I enjoy for any extensive amount of time like I can on my 360. Everyone has their own preferences so stop getting butthurt.
Nintendo's efforts for the Wii U are WAY too little too late. It's like they're showing up to New Year's Eve in Times Square on January 2nd.
Isn't Rapture for all the good Christians while the rest of us get "left behind"? And I'm pretty sure October 21st is the "Apocalyptic" date.
Any multi-billion dollar multimedia company who has a large portion of their revenue generated from online video games should ALWAYS have a team of actual experts that can combat hackers or at least create a good security system. Sure it costs money to keep them around but the amount it takes to do that is minuscule compared to the amount that has been lost over this fiasco.
Upon re-reading this article I saw that it has "rumored" in it so there's no problem with this one. The one I put up a link for has a problem.
All I'm saying is that the topic title can mislead people. I'm not trying to be an ass about it. They're saying one thing in the article but the title says another. That's all.

"New Nintendo Console Debuting At E3 This June, Launching In 2012, More Powerful Than Xbox 360 and PS3"

Do you see what I'm getting at?
Topic titles are still misleading. Shame on you Kotaku.
Then change the thread title because it's misleading.
"There are conflicting reports, however, as to whether its graphics will be comparable to those on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 – meaning it could surpass or fall short of those systems."

Which part of that says it's for sure going to be more powerful than the 360 and PS3? Shame on you Stephen!
Wow. I didn't know lawyers could get owned so hard. I'm loving this.
What I loved most was the leveling system. It gave you a lot of options yet it was simplistic and easy to navigate through.
