@c0mbobreaker:

What exactly did I miss that makes EA "great" now? I'm serious, I would really like an answer to that question.

@rich8606: I love the holiday season. The smell of fresh baked cookies and pine needles. The beautiful decorations and Christmas trees. The sunlight deprived 15-25 year old's who come out of hiding to argue about which console is better and probably spend more time on websites talking about games than actually playing them. Take it in, people. This is what the holidays are all about.
@Cheroro: I only got to 22 without cheating. And after cheating in the last 5 mins, I got to 35 and still missed the gamecube and PSP. lol...
@AudibleDefect: I know, the YCJA needs to be changed badly. Youths here can commit the same crime over and over with minimal punishment. Many of them only do it because they know they won't get in much trouble. It is beyond ridiculous.
Maybe an existing mental condition or disorder of some sort was EXACERBATED by excessive gaming, but CAUSED by it? I wouldn't think so. But I'm not a doctor...
MS...AWAY!! *Wooooooosh*

I don't even know why this is funny, but I laugh every time I read it. The picture it puts in my head is ridiculous.

"Instead of tweaking things like AI, they've instead decided to cut off pretty much all of your ammo, leaving you in many instances to pick up a gun with a single bullet in it."

You say that as if it's a good thing. That's just developers half-assing it.

Dear Silicon Knights,

Oh how I loved you so. Eternal Darkness was fantastic, and I thought it would be the beginning of an everlasting love. Although you started saying all kinds of stupid things, even responding to children on message boards, I still stuck by you. I even ignored you're stupid viral marketing campaign, because I thought you would change my life again with Too Human. I waited for a chance to get my hands on your glorious new work until finally, at long last, the day arrived. The Too Human demo was released on live, and I dashed to my Xbox 360 to begin the download. The demo proved to me once and for all that..........

Nintendo was the genius behind Eternal Darkness, and you were actually mediocre developers with a few good ideas. In case you haven't figured it out, I'm writing to tell you that I'm in love with Nintendo. I always have been, I just didn't realize it. We had some good times, but It's over now, and I'm moving on. Good-bye SK, I wish you the best.

Damn. When I first read this, I thought maybe they were adapting the story from Knights of the Old Republic into a movie. I love the story from that game.
Why didn't I follow Kotaku closer recently? I just bought the legendary map pack on Friday for 800 MS Points.
I think you're taking this a little too seriously. I'm pretty sure most people who said that were probably saying it to be funny.
You mean (not so) thinly veiled Beverly Hills Ninja.
Ninja Gaiden is a masterpiece and Itagaki is speaking the truth. In most action games, the enemies are too easy and stupid, and in others they are really hard to the point of impossibility. In Ninja Gaiden, it's really hard, but if you work at it, the combat system is set up so that you can actually win the fight. I don't even really like most other action games, because they're just hack and slash. If you don't like Ninja Gaiden, try playing it more, once you get good at it, it's really fun and satisfying.
Do they have to be functioning Dragon Balls?

Honestly though, I can't wait to see the entries, I hope there's a lot.

@bigd7387:

Well, actually, my computer doesn't even meet the minimum requirements for WoW, but I can still play it fine with the graphics turned down to the lowest. On top of that, I don't really even care about the difference in graphics, I just don't think it's the type of game where that would matter. Furthermore, I don't think I would have a problem running SCII at it's lowest graphics either, but I'm gonna need a new computer if I want to play it anyway.

@Terrance,

I'm not sure if you realize, but you didn't really give any reasoning as to why you agree with MS or why it's appropriate to do, all you did is reference where it has been done before. What if his name was on a memorial in a public place because he was killed in war or something? Would you think it should be removed? Obviously he should be allowed to display his name proudly, the fact that it can be interpreted as inappropriate doesn't mean that it is. Microsoft is definitely being unreasonable, but they have the legal right to be, and the repercussions are minimal, so he should just get over it.

Wow, it really seems like you guys are getting a lot of new visitors lately. I thought everyone knew of Kotaku already. Maybe I should spread the good word. Btw, that motivational poster is pure awesomeness.
I think I'll probably cry if this happens. In a good way of course.
@yoshinatsu:

Probably because you suck at life?
