Then I saw Spoony was in first despite never fulfilling his campaign promise to watch "The Video." This angers me. Do you want a candidate who flip flops on the issues by changing his opinion at a logical point after knowing the facts have changed? That's weak my friends. He makes you feel like a friend by being nice to you, dropping names, and laughing at your crappy jokes (come on, you know they suck ass), and then what does he do? He forces you to listen to his band. What kind of friend would do that? And I remind you that he has yet to keep his promise of The Video. This man makes promises that he just doesn't keep. Now he promises to watch it if Kotaku posts it, but they're not accepting my tips, not even Bash, the most likely to post it. In fact, if it weren't for this spoony bard you might know what the hell I'm talking about. I couldn't bring myself to vote for this "man," and god help us if he wins. Vote DV8Godd, the Ron Paul of Kotaku, but, you know, good. Even if he's not in the running, even if he's never here anymore after the slow decent Kotaku has been in, he's a candidate of the people. Vote DV8 in '08.

The article on "God" used refers to God in a general monotheistic sense, covering many religions. Now, any crazy can invent their own deity without writing a gospel about them. Sure, most smaller religions created by small groups are polytheistic, thus excluding them from relevance in this insult, but not all are. Some people might just create one god, whether it's because they aren't creative or because they had no control over it (most likely) and just one god was invented. I love when people personally insult other people's spiritual beliefs, but I like it better when these lashes at organized religions are well put together and clear of those nasty contextual mistakes.
@Artheon: Well, that makes no difference when we're talking about their Legacy, which is what they used for comparison. We both know Jesus' legacy is much greater than Mario's, even if Mario is more recognizable, and cooler. Mario just gets more words.

On topic: I would love a new interface. The only streamlining right now is hitting Y in the Marketplace to jump back to the main blade. Whoopde shit MS.
