I want one. Now. Seriously, how likely is it that I can buy one in the near future? What are the costs of bringing them into new environments, spreading them across the world, and eventually in pet stores? Let's get some people on that. I want a tiny chameleon named Sgt. Sprinkles YESTERDAY.
I don't mean to brag, but I pretty much mastered both the GBA and DS iterations. I love this series and can't wait to play this one. Whenever i watch the videos I play along, tapping my finger on the desk in time with the game. The funny thing is I don't play an instrument, though i thought about starting the drums...
So I just bought an original xbox for the cool cool price of 15 bucks. what games do you recommend i get for it? I already got Morrowind, but its by no means my favorite genre--i just heard it was one of the greats.
Okay. Help me out here. I JUST DON'T GET LUMINES. I once played it for five minutes and in that time it JUST. DIDN'T. CLICK. What is this amazing game i keep hearing about? I like Tetris. I like Rhythm Heaven. What am I missing?
While these pictures look good and all, the footage I saw of the game in motion just... didn't feel right. I don't know how to describe it, but I have the sneaking suspicion that this game is gonna be OKAY, but not as awesome as if the original folks were behind it. Time will tell of course, and hopefully the final product will rock, but for now, this Sly fan is majorly skeptical.
One of the major problems I had with the original Warhawk was I thought there wasn't any real separation between the on-foot/vehicle combat and the air combat. The warhawk power-ups and ammo pick-ups were way too close to the ground so there was hardly any reason to go flying up into the clouds and fight it out up there like in a real jet fighting game. A small complaint, I know, but I was really hoping that the sequel would really make it so that on foot, I can look up in the clouds and see all sorts of fireworks blasting and glowing in the clouds, and not really be able to see whats going on.
Another major complaint is the absolutely crazy rank system that made it impossible for me to gain rank. If I remember correctly, you didn't just get experience points for killing enemies that counted toward overall rank advancement, you had to score a certain amount of kills in ONE MATCH to gain a rank, and if you didn't get enough--fuck you try again. I'm STILL at the first rank in Warhawk.

Hell yeah Burnout+DLC. I bought that when it was on sale for $30 and I'm not too disappointed so for 8 bucks you gotta jump on that shit. Anyway, I got my ps3 with a 40 gig and that wasnt nearly enough after the first couple of months so an upgrade was totally necessary.
1) Upgrading the hard drive in the old Phat ps3 is simple as pie. Just turn it upside down and pop off the little slot tab and there it is. There is but one screw holding the bad boy in, so get a small screwdriver and remove the single screw and shift the cradle over and out. Then you will have a hard drive in a small metal cradle in your hands. A few more screws later and the 80gig will be free and clear. Now just pop in the new hard drive and when you power the system on, the ps3 will ask if it can format it and away you go! If my explanation wasn't good enough there are tons of more qualified tutorials online.
2) I upgraded to a 320, and I think thats good enough, though after loading it down with tons of movies, music, pictures, all the games and installs, it's starting to get down to about 10 gigs of free space left.
Luckily, I only use those PSN cards you buy in the stores to put money on my account, so I'm pretty sure I have nothing to worry about. Stuff like this is why I'll never get a credit card.
I'm afraid I must take offense at the picture you have posted, good sir. For I may be a Gen 1 geek, but I have never loved a starter as much as I have loved my Piplup.
