@Sega: I know Atlus is what I'm most excited about. ^_^
This.

Is.

Heavy! :-D
Here's a slightly more mature take on the subject:

Looks like Bruce upgraded to an iPad.
I gotta say, those MBs are good people.
How very interesting that Telltale is making this announcement a day before their big presentation at PAX. I was thinking of attending it. Now I definitely am. ^_^
Bow chikka waka waka
Quest for Glory is big enough in my formative gaming sense that I became the guy that wrote FAQs for all of them, including both EGA and VGA versions of 1 and 2.

I was gonna mention the remake of 2, but then I stopped, looked back through the old articles, and realized that it was you, Mr. Plunkett, who originally posted the alert on its release on this site back in 08. :-P
Good. No dev company should feel pressured to make an MP experience if their SP can carry it into "art" territory.
I'm loving the art shifts. Here's hoping A) Atlus can pull this off and B) Atlus USA can pull of a localization. :-D
@the7k: Meh, semantics. Other people can have their standards, but I say as long as Jack Frost is in it, it's a MegaTen game, if you follow.

I realize Japan considers it the "Persona" series and not "SMT: Persona" like we do in the West, but the obvious connection made between P3P and this game at least alludes to it being part of the MegaTen multiverse.

Anyway, I do concur with your comments on how it will be a tough sell, but I figure if there's any publisher that can get such a game into Western hands, it's Atlus USA.
@the7k: Ah, you kiddin'? Atlus has been American release frantic over the last few years. I really don't think we'll missing out on anything MegaTen for the foreseeable future.
@Ash Paulsen: Thanks for this info. Good to hear from someone who was there and is well-informed about the series.

Was there ANY word on DLC? Usually if a game has DLC, companies are all over plugging it. I mean, we're only assuming there is, at this point, right?
45 songs?

FORTY FIVE SONGS??
Yeah, I got a gesture for ya. :-P
Pretty! I'm looking forward to this. :)
Ja, we are Taranchula!!
No, not really, but thanks for asking.
Tried it at PAX last March and it seems to be a good setup. And... I already preordered it from Steam so I could get Mafia I. :-P
