"I guess this piece of news fell by the wayside some time ago, but it was officially stated that Chronicles Of Riddick: Escape From Butcher Bay is *NOT* coming to BC because the publisher is remaking the original game with a bunch of new content to release it on the 360, and they didn't want the existing game's sales/existence to cannibalize the new game. As for some of the other titles, you will never see MechAssault, 007: Agent Under Fire, or Splinter Cell (among a few others likely) on the 360 because those games have buffer overflow exploits in their savegame handling, and preserving those exploits could provide an attack vector into the 360 itself."
