You're looking at a world where average team sizes are about 40 to 100, work getting contracted out of country, language barriers and code being written in a different language. Games are hundreds of times more complex with features, multiplayers, and connectivity. Games have already become like the movie industry.
And if you ever been to San Fran, there is a sizeable transgendered prostitution population there.
I don't mean to offend you, my console brothers. But I hope to see a world where games from 2 years ago cost less than dinner at a restaurant. There's nothing that pisses me off more than walking into Gamestop and seeing PS2 games valued at 20 bucks, or seeing digital downloads cost as much as a physical copy.
My buddy went to pick up L4D2 for the 360 and told me that he got it USED, and on SALE, for about 15 bucks. I told him that Steam recently had a Winter sale where the game was only 5 bucks. There shouldn't be such a price divide like that.
Here's some of my favorite lines.
"Fuck you and get the fuck off Kotaku."
"just tell fox news instead, they are on your side mate. "
"...And this is why they made KotakuCore, which I suddenly feel like switching to. One of the dumbest arguments I've heard in a while."
"So...if I call someone a motherfucker I should be concerned about the feelings of fathers?"
