Normally I wouldn't raise a ruckus like this, but I was curious as to your own thoughts on it. Thing about it is it seems eerily word for word something my girlfriend and I came up with. And I have all the documentation to prove it.

I don't know if one could issue a cease-and-desist, but I would be curious to find out some of the details. Although that's not something I'm really fond of doing.

I'm a comic and shooting a DVD tonight. I usually perform a joke early on where I discuss a line of people camped outside of best buy waiting for videogames. I've been busy the last few months doing this talk to ADHD teens (I'm using the comedy to position myself as the Tony Robbins of ADHD- except not corny because nobody with ADHD is going to listen to a corny person no matter what he is saying).

Anyway, I'm writing the set and I've realized that the joke had Gears of War 2 the last time I told it. Is there a more current game that would cause people to camp outside of a best buy I can reference.

So just so you know... its 3:02 in the morning here, (I live in WA), and I just read the Assassin's Creed post about it being half off and the price drop only working until 12 midnight. Well, I just bought it for 10.86 or whatever with the tax on it. So I'm thinking maybe if you miss midnight on the other sales, you might still be able to snag em cheap. Maybe you could let the readers know I guess... of course, I don't know how many people wait until 3 am to read Kotaku, so I guess this point is invalid. Oh well.
