Thank god for notifcations not sending you to touch.facebook.com. That was the bane of my life!
75% of out Helpdesk Calls come in via E-Mail, which can be picked up at any time, so one of my colleagues is dedicated to doing them at home. A business phone line can be installed to answer calls even.

I use Virtual Clone Drive for one reason and one reason only.. it doesn't need a restart upon first installation.

Boiled Pasta with a tin of chopped tomatoes that's been cooked down with crushed garlic and onion. Can eat straight away, or put it in oven dish with cheese on top and whack it in over until golden on top. Nom.
