"Can someone clarify for me what the advantage (today) of small portable drives (or using say an iPhone App to turn your iPhone into a drive) is over simply emailing a document to yourself? Certainly if you are moving a large number of files at one time, I get it, but other than that, I keep feeling like I'm missing something."
