"I'm going to have to chime in with everyone else who says that Knaak sucks. His prose is amateurish, his storylines are completely underwhelming, and he has this habit of inserting either one, the other, or both of his personal little Mary Sues--Rhonin and Krasus--into every story he tells. This is made even worse in that he's written stories dealing with some of the most prominent events in the Warcraft history--effectively making his favorite little author-inserts lynchpins throughout."
