As they say, no such thing as bad publicity. This guy, in his own way, just helped out the movement by spreading it to more ears.
I stopped coming to Gawker sites because theyre terrible. Editors treat their readers like crap. And they claim to be journalists, yet they pull out crap like this.

I came here just to comment on this. How is this even tech news? How is this even tech related? Its purely a personal blog post. Not only that, its attacking someone for having a hobby. A hobby in which he was WORLD CHAMPION in. This isn't Bubsy for Playstation or something stupid to have a world champion title in. It's Magic, a huge game that was immensely popular. Not only that, this guy makes a ton of money doing it.

Then you go on to not only name him by his whole name, but ridicule him and even post links to information about him. How creepy and unprofessional is that?

This could easily be reversed by Him talking about you as a blogger on a tech site. What a fabulous job to have.
Funny thing is, even Kotaku Australia hates her.

Ive always felt Comcast spiel about very few users hitting their cap to be bullshit. Every one of my friends consistently hits their cap. I should note, my friends are in the same age group as me, 20s and 30s. Why is that important? I think people in this age group and younger are the ones who use their internet and the services it offers more frequently than say baby boomers who are probably happier with their TV/DVR combo than streaming tons of media or uploading to the cloud.

Comcast may hate to admit it, but lots people will start hitting that cap real fast real soon, and what then? Plenty of lost customers and lost dollars.

Its ridiculous that these companies are even granted legal monopolies. Theres no competition. Theres other ISPs, but their performance is utter crap because theyre limited to other technologies like DLS. It was fine when it was just Cable TV. But now internet is much more essential. People rely on it for communication, for work, and for entertainment.
Man, thats trippy. Ive felt that feeling so many times. Even when in unfamiliar territory. Like when I was driving home from PAX, or taking a plane ride home from a vacation in Mexico.
Its one of those things that sounds too good to be true. There's just something off about it I feel that the'yre not telling us. Maybe its just not as widely accepted as I would like it to be?
Losing that unlimited data plan is about as smart an idea as ISPs capping wired internet. Its not progress, its a step back, and a clear cash grab attempt.
Dropbox lets you even upload animated images, something a lot of free image hosts dont do.
Hey, thanks. I wasnt trying to insult the guy. His life, his choice. Whatever, it doesnt affect me. But it is painfully true something is happening here, and I think most people just cant accept that and pretend it didnt happen.
Joel Johnson, it seems. I must have tickled his fancy. I hear hes not a fan of the site's readers.

Not the first time Ive lost it, but might be the last time I get it back. Ive had it with Kotaku's bullshit, their buggy redesign, and their editors.

I mean were not tossing around useless insults here... except for maybe Spatoola, but as his name says, hes a "tool." Why post this article here and not expect some on the edge discussion about it? What was he thinking, that people would just rejoice and spread happy feelings all around?
The "M" in your sentence should be capitalized.
The voice, the face, the heavy jawline and browline. I knew it was a guy right off the bat. But after watching his review, I had the same feelings as everyone else (based on the comments) - something is off about this person, and Im very confused. Its like an uncanny valley type situation. Something wasnt registering right.

I think for a lot of people that unvanny valley feeling, that confusion, distracted them from the actual review. Instead they completely ignored it and just questioned weather he was a man dressed as a woman or a manly woman. I dont think people were trying to be mean (though some were). I think its just the whole concept of this sort of thing is still not the norm yet in today's society, much like how gay people were just 20 years ago. Confusion does weird stuff to people.

Reminds me of "Ina" Fried from Cnet.

Perhaps some makeup would have helped the situation?
And the parts are interchangeable between ACs
Ironic, since Gawker just went through the same thing with their users information and passwords being compromised.
Yeah, they seem to post a lot of over sensationalized stuff since the NewTaku design.

But the lay offs were most likely just contract workers. Its pretty common for studios to hire contractors to work on projects, and then lay them off during the conceptualizing and design stages of projects, and then bring them back once theyre ready to begin production.
Im 5'11 and Im a bit over 290. Trying to lose a bit myself. A big bit...

Homecooked meals are better anyway. You can control what youre eating instead of eating set portions of premade meals. And premade meals have shitloads of sodium and other bad gunk. Quit baking deserts at home. Or make something small, but still sweet for dessert to treat yourself.

Or as Gabriel Iglesias says, he drinks Diet Coke so he can have regular cake.
I have vitamin D deficiency as well. You live in Portland, or around here too, dont you Owen? The doc had me take 5000 ui Vit D pills daily for 9 weeks, and then switch off to 100 ui a day. Also fish oil to get my good cholesterol up.

Not sure if the vit D thing is because of the not sunny Oregon weather, or being inside all the time.
