Hey ca$h, I didn't know if you'd come back to the "Sessler/Thomson NPR" article so I wanted to make sure you knew I didn't mean for it to come off as if you or any person for that matter who was playing M rated games as a tween/teen had bad parents. I made a more detailed reply on the next page just in case you are interested.
I have mad respect for you, and as I send in my final reply, I think we both turned out great (by my standards anyway ;).

Definitely - I'll be picking up GTA4 in about 6 hours. Hopefully that is. They said it's no prob to buy it without a pre-order (presumably because they didn't get that many pre-orders). But then again, I might get screwed over :P

I'm sending this as a pm just because you'll probably never see it in the article because the article is old now, not because I'm attacking you. Anyway, I just had bad wording for what I was trying to say. I wasn't trying to say in any way that Sony was involved in programming the game to make GTA the more immersing 3D style that it is now. I was merely saying that Playstation was the test ground for the method. Even then, I wasn't saying that I blame R* for selling out to Microsoft, I was just saying that I understand why people find it easier to think of GTA in a Sony box rather than one of those green XBox boxes (besides the fact that those green boxes match nothing)

Yeah, it just sucks spending a crazy amount of money on each iteration while they try to get it 'right.'
I'm just gonna stick with Rock Band knowing they'll probably have the entire GHIV soundtrack up for download with a few months, which will be good enough and far cheaper for my roommates and I.
