According to the latest Famitsu, by way of NeoGAF's Japan-bound newshound Jonnyram, comes exciting hot-blooded news that the sequel to iNiS's totally radical Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan will be coming sooner than expected. It ships to Japanese retailers on May 17th, just five short but agonizing weeks from now.

Properly titled Moero! Nekketsu Rhythm Damashi - Osu! Tatake! Ouendan 2, the Nintendo DS title will feature gameplay similar to the first, but offer a chance to take on a rival team of ouendan with all new situations and music.
