Dissent has been stirring among WoW players who were concerned that the only way to achieve the flying Netherdrake mount that Blizzard showcased as a key feature of the Burning Crusade expansion was through participating in group PVP arena matches. This of course has caused much fighting between PVP players and the non-PVP players, who felt they had been slighted. Those worries have now been put to rest by the wonderful men in blue type.

The armored Netherdrake will be available through the arenas as a reward, and a Netherdrake that has a distinctly different appearance from the armored Netherdrake will be available through a quest line which has not yet been implemented. It's likely that it will be implemented with the next major content patch.

So carebear players will still be able to get a wussified version of the Netherdrake. Just not right now. It is time for us to move past this onto much more important subjects, like nerfing warlocks. Michael Fahey
