It starts off like a surrealistic clip from a Lucio Fulci movie, but it's actually a commercial for Alpha Dreams' Tomato Adventure. You might recall the devs from the amazing Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga and the game actually looks a lot like that. Too bad it doesn't look like it's ever coming out Stateside, or even Euroside!
