The Wii is a juggernaut. While the PS3 has broken a million in sales since launch, the Wii has done that — thrice over in Japan. Between its December launch and July 15, over three million Wii consoles were sold in The Land of the Rising Sun. Here's the breakdown since going on sale: 11,648,652 Nintendo DS units sold and 6,447,428 Nintendo DS Lites sold. Yup, Nintendo's no longer the underdog.
