As far as game peripherals go, Namco's GunCon is legendary. It's a great, great light gun controller. It would be a shame if Namco somehow cheapened that controller's good name by making an iOS app. More »

Super Cheap Time Crisis 4 Alert! Want a second GunCon 3 for Time Crisis 4 multiplayer fun? If you balked at the $89.99 US asking price for Namco's latest gun shooter, maybe $49.99 is a bit easier to swallow. It's Amazon.com's current Lightning Deal and it's going fast. In a sentence, if you like the Time Crisis series, you will like Time Crisis 4, since it doesn't deviate wildly from the tried-and-true. This is a bit disappointing in the graphics department, considering it marks the series' PS3 debut—they're nicer, for sure, but not wholly updated. The biggest (and best) change comes from the GunCon 3 in its dual-fisted goodness, which felt quite natural and quite nice, actually, and improved our gun-waving endurance.
