Back around E3, there were rumors of an impending Xbox 360 price cut. Those rumors might have been extinguished, yet the embers kept burning. A mysterious insider fueled the flames by saying yes, a discount is coming and it is this Autumn! Everyone got real excited about not buying a 360. Everyone except Msoft.

Gamerscore Blog, written by the Microsoft Games Global Marketing team, refutes this latest rumor, writing:

As you're all aware, there have been rumors of a price drop for the Xbox 360 coming along later this year. The official word from folks in the know is that there are currently no plans for a price drop this fall.

And they even wrote in bold, proving Msoft is dead serious. Suck it up, there's gonna be no price drop. Brian Ashcraft
