"Nani sore?" (What's that?) is heard through the crowd. I turn, seeing a troupe of high school girls passing me.
"It's some video game thing," says the other.

I'm standing in the middle of Hankyu Station. It's Friday evening. Rush hour. Floods of people ooze out of the trains, onto the platform and down the stairs.

It seems I'm the only that brought a camera. I snap off a few more pictures, and the security guard inches close. Let it slide pal, but he won't. Probably giving the sod something to do, so I humor him.

Two businessmen stand next to me, starring up at the giant monument. "Wow," they say to each other. What that a "wow, those graphics look great" or was that a "wow, that sure is a friggin' big box"? I want to ask them, but they leave as I approach.

The demos start up again. Jumpin' Jack Flash plays over the TV ads and gets stuck in my head. It's a gas, gas, gas. Why don't people use that slang anymore? I take a few more photos, humming to myself and thinking, Wow, that is one friggin' big box.
