Ron Gilbert, creator of the Monkey Island game series, has started a Monkey Island-themed World of Warcraft guild. The Horde aligned guild is accepting new members, but to join you must create a character named after someone in Monkey Island.

If you're looking for a large high pressure Guild that does regular raids run by a draconian Guild Master that keeps careful track of everyones kill stats and admonishes members for not pulling their weight, then this probably isn't the Guild for you.

As everyone knows, Monkey Island players are laid back and just want to have fun, so don't expect much more than a good time (and honestly, I'm not sure I can even promise that).

I play in the evenings most nights, or drop me an email and we can set up a time to meet online and get you signed up. All levels and classes welcome, no time commitment necessary and I'll travel just about anywhere to meet up with you.
