The New York Times is reporting that World of Warcraft is coming soon to a theater near you.
Perhaps aware of the six million fetid fans who would drag their raid milk jugs full of urine to the theater to see this thing, Warner Brothers has greenlit the picture. Right now, they are comparing it to a major fantasy epic along the lines of the Lord of the Rings films, or the continuing Dungeon Siege saga.
Hell, we're just kidding on that last one... Uwe Boll is only let near the worthless video game properties. However, Blizzard CEO Paul Sams has said that "Legendary Pictures management is keenly attuned to what Blizzard wanted out of a World of Warcraft film." We assume he means a frame-by-frame plagiarism of the Warhammer universe.
