The developers of AimOnPsp, a program that allows you to use AOL Instant Messenger on the PSP are now working on a way for you to chat while using the Opera browser on the Wii. WiiAim will have a cutomized interface designed to work specifically with Opera. While your sittig around waiting for WiiAim to be fully realized, you can apparently use AimOnPsp for your Wii chatting needs.
Somehow, I don't think I'll be taking advantage of this particular feature. It's hard enough to find a place where no one can reach me, and the Wii is the one of last bastions of my solitude. But, for all you social butterflies out there this is surely a gift from the chat gods.
