Spore to Link DS and Wii (Sony Fanboy's Last Stand)

Although official confirmation of Spore appearing on the Wii has not yet been made, this blurb from game news site DigitalBattle can pretty much be treated as such.

According to Nintendo magazine NGamer, Spore will be the first Wii title to use the option of connecting the DS and Wii. [...]

NGamer says Spore will be released during Spring 2007, and will connect to the DS over WiFi. Some hardware news are also mentioned; the sensor bar is 50% smaller, Wiimote battery life is estimated at around 60 hours using the AA batteries, and the controller will have built in 6 KB of memory.

So a little extra tidbits in there as well. The best part about this post, as is often the case, is the comment section, where we see the last Sony fanboy in his natural habitat. Let's watch:

i feel sorry for all the people who are going to buy a wii at launch its actually a 50$ system.

600$ for PS3 is more but its a console thats going to be worht every penny with all that it offers easily worth atleast 1000$.

Isn't that precious?
