Not "new" as in new, just improvements on the existing one. So says German news site Gamefront, citing Japanese source Game Lab (edited for babelfish clarity):
The revised remote maintenance is to...possess a better pavement grip and [is] rechargeable
So a better grip and a rechargeable battery? That'd be swell, Nintendo, since Twilight Princess eats batteries like they were yummy cakes. Still, this is fairly tenuous, so take your grain of salt and keep those fingers crossed.
