I was pretty sure that Call of Duty 4 was simply going to be Call of Duty 2 in a more modern setting, but I've just completely changed my mind. This looks simply amazing.

My interest was mildly piqued by the silky framerate in the face of all those explosions and smoke effects. Once the night vision went on and they showed the sky crisscrossed with laser sights they might as well have just snuck up behind me and slipped the 60 bucks out of my pocket. I don't know, maybe I just really like the color green, but well-done night vision is a weakness of mine. Michael Fahey
