So the rumours were...sort of true. Nintendo are moving people out of their Redmond HQ, just not all of them. A Redmond city official has confirmed that around 80 employees from Nintendo's sales, marketing and advertising divisions are being shifted off-campus, and will be headed for either New York or San Francisco.

Nintendo real estate executive Bruce Meyer (they have a real estate executive??) also confirmed that Nintendo HQ itself isn't going anywhere, so to all those "regular" Nintendo employees holding out for a big move to the big smoke you're fresh out of luck. Luke Plunkett
