Harrison "Open" To Japanese Games On American Virtual Console

My advice: don't get your hopes up. Because if this doesn't happen, they'll fall so hard they'll straight-up kill you.

So Chris Kohler over at Game|Life decided to call George Harrison from Nintendo of America. Just to say hi. They then got chatting about the Virtual Console, and Harrison said:

We are aware that there are some very successful Japanese franchises that have a small following in the US, and that they could never be reached by putting these products out at retail. We're open to games released in Japan if we can get them translated properly.

BAM. And in an instant, the actual reason we got excited about the Virtual Console in the first place is back on the menu. Cleaned-up versions of Mario are nice, but we want some Mother.
