Kotakuite Justin reports that in honor of Japanese game game mag Famitsu's 20th anniversary, the Bic Camera (recently converted from a Sofmap) in Tokyo's Yurakucho neighborhood is currently displaying a comprehensive collection of vintage gaming machines from the last two decades. Justin writes:
Off to the side, with no more than a tiny sign crowning it's well-kept cabinet, is an original Space Invaders unit, fully working and only 100 yen a play. Apparently it's the only freely playable cabinet in Japan.
Not only that, there is also a stool! Because decades ago, people were enormous and needed huge arcade cabinets.
