Anti-Game Bill Becoming Law?

With all of the Hot Coffee attention, the bill limiting the sale of video games in Illinois almost fell by the wayside. Fortunately, my rumor mill is on top of things. I hear that the Governor of Illinois will be signing his legislation Tuesday morning and a new anti-gaming law will be born.

If the past is any indicator, I would expect the ESA to be trotting on down to the local courthouse soon after to fight the law's constitutionality. Check back here for details.
