    A Million PS3s Shipped To Japan, Another Mil To US

    Sony Computer Entertainment announced over one million PLAYSTATION 3s have been shipped for the domestic Japanese market by mid-January. (Over a million were shipped to the US as well.) The ratio of 20GB and 60GB PS3s was not clarified in Sony's press release. Moreover, 5 million PS3 titles were shipped to both the U.S. and Japan during that same period of time. Even though the launch was a disaster and even though the console isn't exactly flying off store shelves, the dearth of buggy PS3 reports is impressive. You listening, Microsoft? Brian Ashcraft
