This Day in Gaming, January 2nd

1999: Bungie recalls Myth II due to bug that could delete a the Windows root directory. Other unfixed bugs included the game being too awesome to run at a decent framerate on my computer.

2003: The Michigan House of Representatives votes to make the sale of mature and adult games to minors an offense warranting a $1,000 fine and up to 90 days in jail. And from the high pitched taunting I hear in GoW online play, I'm sure these laws are working out just great.

2004: The 3DO Company releases Vegas 2000 for PC in the US. I look forward to this year's update, Vegas 1997.
